Formación

• 4+ years of Ruby on Rails software engineering experience.
• Experience building full-stack apps with Rails and React or Vue.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL database design.
• Experience with AWS deployment.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop scalable backend architectures using Ruby on Rails while building dynamic frontends with React or Vue.
• Optimize performance by managing PostgreSQL schemas and indexing.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for backend-frontend integration.
• Implement background job processing and asynchronous workflows.
• Ensure code quality with tests using RSpec and deploy to AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set architectural standards.
