BairesDev is seeking a PHP Full Stack Developer to join our remote, globally distributed engineering team. You will design and maintain complete web applications across front-end and back-end, bridging user-facing components with server-side logic to deliver a cohesive, high-performance experience.

You’ll work with Laravel or Symfony on the server, Vue or React on the front end, and MySQL or PostgreSQL for data.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in building web apps with PHP and frameworks (Laravel or Symfony).
• Proficiency in modern JS frameworks (Vue or React).
• Strong relational DB skills (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design and consumption.
• Excellent English communication skills.

As a PHP Full Stack Developer, you will design and maintain complete web applications by working across both front-end and back-end technologies. You will act as a key link between user-facing elements and server-side logic, ensuring a cohesive and high-performance user experience throughout the entire application lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain robust server-side logic using PHP and frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using modern front-end libraries such as Vue or React.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries using MySQL or PostgreSQL to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Create and integrate secure RESTful APIs to connect front-end components with back-end services and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate software requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Monitor and improve application performance, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and high-quality code through peer reviews.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on full-stack development.
• Proven expertise in developing web applications using PHP and frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
• Proficiency in building responsive user interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue or React.
• Strong hands-on experience with relational databases including MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design, implementation, and consumption.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
