Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in final semesters of a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or Healthcare Administration.
• Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems and documentation processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Ability to manage tasks, follow procedures, and maintain records.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support quarantine, returns, release, and disposition processes with accurate documentation.
• Assist with inspections of products, equipment, and storage areas for compliance.
• Support product release and return documentation following internal procedures.
• Participate in physical inventories and reconcile stock records.
• Assist in internal audits and QMS monitoring by gathering information.
• Maintain quality records per GDP and document control requirements.
• Support document management, data updates, and quality reports.
• Follow regulatory requirements and corporate quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
