Roca Alliances is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst in Medellín to support QA activities for the MSP program. You will design and execute test cases, identify defects, and help ensure reliability across solutions.

You will collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders within Agile/Scrum teams, driving continuous improvements in testing practices. You will perform functional, regression, and API testing, participate in daily Scrum ceremonies, and contribute to test coverage and quality

Formación

• Experience creating clear, structured test cases.
• Ability to identify, document, prioritize, and track defects.
• Ability to analyze application behavior and identify potential issues.
• Ability to work effectively with QA, development, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong focus on identifying inconsistencies and validating requirements.
