Electronic Arts Bogotá is seeking a Development Manager to lead QA project planning and execution onsite in Bogotá, Colombia. You will coordinate schedules with studio partners and QA peers, drive project metrics, and influence game design and implementation through strong collaboration.

You will mentor QA staff, manage risks, and report progress to leadership, while fostering a productive, knowledge-sharing environment across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years in project management or QA team leadership.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum or Kanban and bug tracking tools.
• Understanding of software development processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Oversee project schedules and ensure timely milestones.
• Adjust priorities based on critical changes.
• Balance scope, timelines and quality.
• Identify risks, blockers and resource needs.
• Report progress to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate across developers, analysts and producers.
• Lead regular standups and planning sessions.
• Engage partners to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Mentor QA team members and support career development.
