Job summary

Amadeus Bogota is seeking an Associate QA Engineer to join the DCS Flight Management team in a hybrid office setup. You will drive functional and API testing within an Agile framework, collaborating with Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met with high quality.

You will contribute to test strategy, create and review test cases, and support regression testing while maintaining traceability to specifications.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as Quality Assurance Engineer.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Robot and Playwright.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
• Experience in functional and API testing.
• Knowledge of data driven testing and SQL.
• Nice to have programming exposure in Java, Python or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality aspects of projects and initiatives.
• Implement test strategy and master test plan coverage.
• Define test cases from requirements and ensure traceability with specs.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and stakeholders on requirements.
• Execute tests using frameworks, report results and sign off on production defects.
• Prepare environments and data for testing and maintain regression tests.
