Amadeus IT Pacific Pty Ltd is seeking a QA Engineer in Bogota to join a global team shaping airport technology. The role focuses on designing test strategies, automated testing, defect management, and collaboration across Agile environments.

2–5+ years in full‑stack development and testing, with English proficiency, are preferred. Hybrid work options are available, with opportunities for professional growth and travel tech impact.

• Mentor newcomers, support QA peers, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the QA community.
• Efficiently use and suggest improvements to QA tools and frameworks.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to measuring and reducing the environmental impact of QA activities.

Candidate Profile

Requires a university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline. 2-5+ years of experience in full-stack development and testing, with a preference for automation testing experience. Familiarity with GIT is valued, and experience using Jira or working within Scrum and Agile frameworks would be advantageous. Familiarity with Jenkins, Octane, Confluence, Selenium, travel industry (airlines/airports), NoSQL databases (Couchbase), and cloud platforms (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker) is a plus. Strong oral, written, and analytical problem-solving skills required. English proficiency is required.
