EPAM Systems is seeking a Python Tech Lead to guide the software development team, shape architectural decisions, and ensure delivery of scalable solutions. You will mentor engineers, drive best practices, and collaborate across multi-national teams on innovative projects.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in Python, strong Django/Flask/FastAPI experience, cloud platforms, CI/CD, Docker, and a test-driven mindset. This on-site role offers global collaboration and professional growth opportunities.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development (Python).
• Strong Python with Django, Flask or FastAPI.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).
• Unit testing and test-driven development knowledge.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
