EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Python Engineer to build and evolve web services that power financial technology workflows. You will design resilient APIs, lead microservice design, and collaborate with global teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.

This role emphasizes strong testing, cloud deployments on AWS, and container-driven workflows, with opportunities to influence critical financial systems across multinational projects.

Formación

• 3+ years of Python experience with Flask and related web frameworks.
• Cloud experience using Amazon Web Services.
• Containerization experience with Docker.
• Strong system design expertise across microservices, database modeling, and API design.
• Proven experience leading refactoring or redesign initiatives on critical systems.
• Strong test automation skills including unit tests and manual integration testing.
• Hands-on experience delivering complex, high-stakes applications in agile teams.
• Strong collaboration skills with code reviews and peer learning practices.
• Financial services domain knowledge including payments, wire transfers, reconciliations, or cash management.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with distributed global teams.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate).
