AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a Python Backend Developer to extend the backend of an internal developer portal and dashboard. You will build robust Python services, integrate AI coding tools, and ensure smooth data flows across Snowflake, SQL, and NoSQL databases.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage Git workflows, and maintain CI/CD pipelines while operating in Linux environments. Remote-friendly with flexible hours and office options.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on backend development experience with Python (4+ years).
• Experience with modern Python web frameworks (FastAPI/Django/Flask).
• Experience using AI coding assistants in daily workflows.
• Proficiency with Git, branches, PRs, and CI/CD integration.
• User-level Linux/Unix navigation and shell scripting basics.
• Experience with Snowflake, relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
