Evolution in Medellín, Colombia, seeks a procurement professional to join its international team. The role involves organizing and executing purchases, maintaining records, and coordinating with suppliers and internal clients on orders and deadlines.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of administrative/procurement experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, and advanced English. This is an on-site, full-time position at Rivana Business Park, Medellín.

Formación

• At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in procurement.
• Experience purchasing equipment and services is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and systems.
• Education at least secondary level or higher.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• High sense of responsibility and integrity.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics Nav).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain procurement data and documentation per internal procedures.
• Monitor and process purchase requisitions and issue POs from contracts.
• Execute purchases requiring physical presence and last-minute local buys.
• Track orders, manage lead times, and communicate with suppliers and internal customers.
• Assist in warranty claims, returns and supplier issues.
• Keep up-to-date with duty, VAT and other taxes in operating countries.

We are looking for a new additionto our international Procurement team to be based in company upcoming studio in Medellin, Colombia The successful candidatewill be responsible for organization and undertaking of purchases of equipment or services requested by company internal customers.

• Maintain procurement data and documentation in accordance with internal procedures;
• Monitor & process goods and/or services purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders from established contracts and suppliers;
• Execute purchases that require physical presence, including fast/last minute purchases from local stores;
• Subsequently track the order, by monitoring lead times to delivery, and managing the communication with the supplier and internal customers if there are any delays or delivery does not comply to required specifications;
• Assist in the process of warranty claims, returns and similar issues with suppliers;
• To obtain and keep up to date with duty, VAT and other similar taxes and charges in the countries where company operates.

• At least 2 years’ experience of administrative experience, preferably in procurement.
• Experience in purchasing equipment (i.e. not commodity items) and services will be considered as asset.
• English level- Advance
• High awareness of procurement and purchasing processes and systems;
• Secondary (higher, special etc.) education or higher.
• Good organizational, and time-management skills;
• Sufficient interpersonal and ability to work in team;
• Good communication skills
• High sense of responsibility and integrity
• Knowledge of MS Excel and experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics Nav).
