Qualifications

• Solid experience in contract management, commercial operations, or a related role, preferably involving public sector customers in Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract execution and compliance for Oracle with public sector customers across Latin America.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Delivery and other internal teams to address obligations, deadlines and deliverables.
• Support the sales team in reviewing and discussing terms and conditions during contract negotiations to align customer requirements with Oracle’s standards.
• Monitor key metrics related to indirect deals and provide proactive recommendations to address risks.
