Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in a Mexico location. You will own the backlog, map integrations, and drive comprehensive flow testing for Manhattan WMS ecosystems.

You will bring 10+ years in IT, 6–8 years with Manhattan Scale/Active, strong SQL and ERP/TMS integration experience, and a CS/IT/SCM degree or equivalent, with CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configurations, SQL, system integration, and Agile delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SCM or equivalent; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
