Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT teams, turning complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions. You will leverage expertise in Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active to optimize our supply chain execution and enterprise software footprint.

You will own backlog, drive API and data integration, and ensure thorough end-to-end testing while collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).

Responsibilities

Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions. Your expertise in Manhattan Scale and Active systems will help optimize supply chain execution and shape the future of our enterprise software footprint.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
