Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own backlog, translate operational needs into epics and stories, and drive complex warehouse management system integration with ERP/TMS partners.

The role requires deep Manhattan Scale/Active experience, strong SQL, and Agile delivery. Location is Mexico with competitive compensation and growth opportunities in a global storage and information management leader.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT enterprise applications with 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active.
• Strong WMS configuration, SQL, and system integration knowledge.
• Experience in end-to-end testing, root-cause analysis, and stakeholder communication.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SCM; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements for development teams.
• Lead technical integration between WMS and ERP/TMS via APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces.
• Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing before UAT.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
