JLL is seeking a mid-level Project Manager to independently manage moderately complex real estate projects in Bogota, Colombia. You will coordinate budgets, schedules, and stakeholders, maintain client relations, and ensure delivery on time, budget, and quality standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and risk-management skills, with on-site responsibilities and a focus on adherence to construction and safety regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven project management experience with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage mid-complexity projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate budgets, schedules and deliverables
• Maintain client relationships and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Prepare and manage bids, RFPs, and procurement actions
• Ensure compliance with standards, safety and environmental regulations
• Lead project meetings and report on performance against milestones
