Job summary

Essity Colombia is seeking a Project Engineer to design and execute product, process, and infrastructure projects, coordinating with suppliers and leveraging new technologies to improve reliability and sustainability. You will manage projects end-to-end, support plants with machine performance and process efficiency, and drive cost reductions through TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.

A bachelor’s in engineering is required, with at least 3 years in project management, English B2, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Process, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field
• Specialization/postgraduate in Project Management preferred
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in engineering/industrial projects

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and execute infrastructure, equipment, process, and product projects
• Provide technical support to plants to maintain and improve machine performance
• Analyze and leverage research to drive process improvements and product development
• Develop, coordinate, and manage suppliers and external manufacturers for projects
• Support maintenance and manufacturing requirements to ensure process stability and reduce costs
• Support TPM initiatives and process/product innovation across the organization
