Multinational Manufacturing Company seeks an Innovation & Development Project Manager to lead projects from concept through production and launch, focusing on pipeline systems, water management, and sewer infrastructure. This on-site role in Bogotá requires coordinating global and local teams and managing budgets and timelines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in ID/PM roles, 3D modeling experience (SolidWorks/Inventor/Rhino), and advanced English skills.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience leading Innovation & Development projects as a Project Manager.
• Experience in Plastics, Steel/Metals, Oil & Gas, Fluid Transportation Systems, Industrial Manufacturing.
• Proficiency with 3D modeling software (SolidWorks, Inventor, Rhino).
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel internationally (10–20%).

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidisciplinary innovation and development teams across local and global functions.
• Drive projects from idea generation to industrialization and market introduction.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate stakeholders and manage project expectations throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure effective execution, risk management, and delivery of innovation initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical, commercial, and operational teams to achieve business objectives.
• Support sales development activities and product implementation strategies.
