UN Women in Colombia is seeking a Project Associate to design, implement, and oversee Mobile Care Service Points in Quibdó. The role focuses on strengthening the municipal care system, reducing unpaid care burdens on women, and delivering adaptable care models in collaboration with authorities.

The successful candidate will coordinate across teams, conduct needs assessments, and monitor service delivery to ensure territorial relevance and integration with education, health, and training

Formación

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field is required.
• Experience in project support or community development is preferred.
• Experience with gender equality initiatives or care services is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the design, preparation, implementation, and monitoring of Mobile Care Service Points in Quibdó.
• Develop a scalable model adaptable to other territories and document components.
• Define target populations, services, locations, and schedules for Mobile Points.
• Ensure data collection and coordination with partner organizations and local authorities.
