Job summary

Grundfos in Colombia is seeking a Production Coordinator to coordinate local production activities, maintain master data, and ensure quality compliance for assembly operations in Cota, Cundinamarca. Relocation is not offered and candidates must reside in Cundinamarca with work authorization in Colombia.

You will work under the Country Director in a hybrid setup, overseeing resources, equipment, and teams to meet KPIs. Strong Excel skills and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, planning or supply chain environments.
• Advanced Excel skills and solid knowledge of inventory management, quality processes and production activities.
• Intermediate/advanced English (conversational).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production/Logistics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local production activities and ensure availability of resources, equipment, materials and personnel to meet production targets and KPIs.
• Manage quality incidents, customer returns, supplier claims and corrective actions while acting as the local quality representative ensuring compliance with group requirements.
• Maintain and update production master data including material creation, BOMs, routings and engineering changes.
• Evaluate technical feasibility of local assembly solutions and coordinate testing, inspection and release of locally assembled and outsourced products.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to production, quality and operational performance.
• Coordinate a production technician and external operational support resources to ensure smooth daily operations.
