Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. The role bridges warehouse operations with technical development to deliver scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.

You will own backlog, drive API integrations, and oversee end-to-end testing, ensuring robust supply chain execution and architecture alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate to epics, stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces with ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for complex scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities.

In this role, youll have the opportunity to bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions. Your expertise in Manhattan Scale and Active systems will help optimize supply chain execution and shape the future of our enterprise software footprint.

What Youll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will:

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.

• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.

• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.

• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What Youll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.

• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.

• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
