Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You’ll bridge warehouse operations and development by translating complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions centered on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

You will own backlog, map integrations, and drive end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution across ERP and TMS interfaces.

Formación

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS systems.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions. Your expertise in Manhattan Scale and Active systems will help optimize supply chain execution and shape the future of our enterprise software footprint.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will:

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.

• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.

• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.

• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.

• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.

• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
