AgileEngine is seeking a Product Owner to lead roadmap enhancements for a loyalty platform, owning the business logic and platform rules that drive outcomes for enterprise clients.

You will translate complex business requirements into precise specifications for automated and AI-assisted development, ensuring reusability across clients and verticals, while managing the product backlog and strategic objectives.

Formación

• 4+ years in Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Experience driving Agile/Scrum delivery projects with web-based software, API/batch integrations, and real-time event-driven systems.
• Strong ability to translate complex business logic into precise written specifications for business and tech teams.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and execution of roadmap enhancements to the enterprise loyalty platform, owning the business logic and platform rules.
• Translate complex business requirements into precise, unambiguous specifications for automated and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Manage the product backlog including dependencies, priority, sequence, strategy, and business objectives.
• Identify and address challenges that arise during the product development lifecycle with cross-team collaboration.
• Provide mechanisms for teams and stakeholders to view and track work progress across releases and milestones.
• Share vision and gain buy-in from business and technical audiences at multiple levels.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead roadmap enhancements for a loyalty platform, owning the business logic and specifications behind it.

MUST HAVES

• 4+ years of experience working in a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience driving Agile/Scrum delivery projects involving web-based software, API and batch integrations, and real-time event-driven systems, with comfort operating in or transitioning toward spec-driven and AI-assisted SDLC environments.
• Exceptional ability to reason through complex business logic, identify edge cases, and produce precise written specifications, paired with a strong technical foundation and a knack for translating concepts into language business and tech roles can understand.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

• Loyalty product, program, or industry experience strongly preferred; familiarity with accounting ledger concepts, real-time decisioning systems, or rules engines is a plus.
• Familiarity with UX research and best practices a plus.
• PMI-PBA/CBAP/CSPO/PSPO certification a plus.

• Manage the product backlog including dependencies, priority, sequence, strategy, and business objectives.
• Identify and address challenges that arise during the product development lifecycle, collaborating with team members to find creative solutions and keep development on track.
• Provide mechanisms for teams and stakeholders to view and track team and product work progress across releases and major product milestones.
• Share vision and purpose for all product development efforts, gaining interest and buy-in from various audiences, including business and technical roles at multiple levels of the organization.
• Owns and evolve the business logic governing your domains of expertise, serving as the voice of reason on what the platform should do and why, influencing technical and business decisions alike.
