Formación

  • 5+ years in retail as a merchandise planner, allocator, or similar role.
  • 3+ years as a Product Owner in a Scrum-based software environment.
  • Hands-on experience with user stories, product roadmaps, and Agile processes.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivatedProductOwnerto help drive the expansion of our industry-leading software suite. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, user-centric solutions that enhance ourproductofferings and support our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embed within development Scrum Teams to deliver high-value features and enhancements across ourproductsuite.
  • Translateproductvision into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Validate delivered software to ensure it meets business and user needs.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile best practices within the team.
  • Partner with UX designers to plan and validate newproductinitiatives through user research and feedback.
  • Work withProductManagement, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to develop go-to-market strategies,productpositioning, and enablement materials (e.g., pitch decks, FAQs, playbooks, release notes).
  • Supportproductlaunches with coordinated communication plans and sales enablement programs.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers to keep them informed and engaged withproductupdates.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends; maintain competitive intelligence resources such as battlecards.
Qualifications
  • Experience
    • 5+ years in the retail industry as a merchandise planner, assortment planner, allocator, buyer, or similar role; OR
    • 3+ years as aProductOwnerin a Scrum-based software development environment, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise analytics, or AI-drivenproducts.
  • Hands-on experience writing user stories, definingproductroadmaps, and working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development processes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, including navigating ambiguity, making data-driven decisions, and drivingproductinitiatives independently.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment.
