• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years in Product Owner/Manager roles supporting data or ERP systems.
• Strong ERP inventory process knowledge with major providers (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, Hyperion, etc.).
• Experience with Financial reconciliation and inventory reporting.

What you will be doing

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the Data & Analytics team. This role is responsible for gathering business requirements from multiple departments, translating those needs into well-defined user stories and product backlog items, and ensuring the successful delivery of data solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate has strong experience working with cross-functional teams, excels at requirements elicitation, and possesses solid knowledge of ERP inventory processes. You will serve as the voice of the business while partnering closely with data engineers, analytics engineers, BI developers, and architects to deliver scalable data products.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role supporting data or enterprise systems.
• Strong ERP inventory process knowledge with almost one of the next providers: (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, hyperion financial management, etc.)
• Experience with Financial reconciliation and inventory reporting experience.
• Experience in almost one of the next fields: Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, or ERP analytics experience
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, User story creation and backlog management
• Experience with Workshop facilitation with team members.

Nice to Have Skills

• Knowledge of data warehousing and reporting concepts
• Experience with reporting tools like powerBI.

Soft Skills

• Ability to address complex administrative issues.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate, diagram and document engineering concepts.
• Excellent writing skills.
