Job summary

EdgeUno is seeking a Product Manager to own the connectivity and security portfolio, with emphasis on DDoS Protection and IP Transit, Wave, and Ethernet Private Line. You will transform network expertise into market-ready products and drive adoption across ISPs, carriers, and hyperscalers.

You will collaborate with Sales, Network Engineering, NOC/SOC, and Finance to define pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful launches and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years total experience, of which 3+ years in product management for a B2B network/security product.
• Strong understanding of IP networking (BGP, IP Transit, peering, IPv4/IPv6) and how ISPs/carriers operate.
• Experience with DDoS types (volumetric, protocol, application layer) and mitigation approaches.
• Proven ability to define pricing, packaging, and business cases for infrastructure or SaaS products.
• Experience launching products with Sales and Engineering to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and pricing for DDoS Protection and connectivity portfolio (IP Transit, Wave, Ethernet Private Line).
• Monitor Latin American market trends and gather customer feedback to shape requirements.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on launches, enablement, datasheets, and customer materials.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with Network Engineering, NOC/SOC, and Finance to ensure smooth activation and billing.
• Own lifecycle management, track KPIs, and report performance to leadership.
