Job summary

DEUNA is seeking a Product Manager to drive payment solutions as we grow across new markets. You’ll work with Engineering, Commercial, and Implementation Management to develop and launch payment features and measure their impact.

You’ll translate business requirements into detailed specifications for Engineering, track key payments metrics, and communicate value to diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or related areas.
• Familiarity with the payments ecosystem — authorization, capture, refund, and card features like network tokens, 3D-Secure.
• Ability to define, track, and interpret key payments metrics using data to guide decisions.
• Translate business requirements into detailed specifications for Engineering.
• Experience using product management and roadmap tools (Jira, Notion) and writing PRDs/technical specs.
• Comfort working with data to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of product strategy for payment solutions and align with business goals.
• Help build and maintain the product roadmap and contribute input on feature prioritization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Commercial, Product Marketing, and Implementation Management for successful product development and launches.
• Define and track key product metrics and use data to inform decisions.
• Communicate product value and capabilities to diverse stakeholders.
