Ipsen Colombia S.A.S is seeking a Product Manager, Neuroscience & Rare Disease to join our hybrid team in Colombia. You will lead the development and execution of brand strategies and long-term growth plans, identify opportunities from market insights, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.

You will deliver impactful customer engagement and omnichannel marketing initiatives, monitor performance and optimize investments

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong understanding of Neuroscience and/or Rare Disease markets.
• Proven experience developing and executing successful brand strategies.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority.

Product Manager, Neuroscience & Rare Disease

Location: Colombia | Hybrid

What you'll do

What you'll bring

• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience as a Product Manager.


• Strong understanding of Neuroscience and/or Rare Disease markets.


• Proven experience developing and executing successful brand strategies.


• Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking capabilities.


• Ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority.


• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related field.


• Fluent Spanish and English.
