Ipsen Colombia S.A.S. is seeking a Product Manager for Neuroscience & Rare Disease to drive brand strategy and growth in Colombia. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration across Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain, with a focus on patient and market insights.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharma product management, strong neuroscience/rare disease knowledge, and fluency in Spanish and English. A hybrid work setup in Colombia is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong understanding of Neuroscience and/or Rare Disease markets.
• Proven experience developing and executing successful brand strategies.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related field.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

• Build trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, scientific societies, and patient organisations.
