Ipsen Colombia S.A.S. seeks a strategic Product Manager to lead Neuroscience & Rare Disease portfolio in Colombia. This role shapes brand strategy, drives growth, and engages healthcare professionals.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate insights into omnichannel plans, and build partnerships with KOLs and patient groups. Fluency in Spanish and English required; hybrid work in Colombia.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong understanding of Neuroscience and/or Rare Disease markets.
• Proven experience developing and executing successful brand strategies.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related field.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
