Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

• Sales Operations and Forecasting: Monitor passenger vehicle sales performance in Colombia, track monthly sales targets, and work closely with the sales team to collect, review, and follow up on sales forecasts for upcoming months.
• Vehicle Inventory Management: Coordinate inventory planning and control based on sales forecasts, ensuring adequate vehicle availability and alignment with company inventory policies and local market demand.
• Purchase Order Coordination: Manage and follow up on the purchase order process, ensuring timely submission and issuance. Identify and promptly report potential risks, deviations, and operational issues to ensure smooth business operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Experience in sales operations, international trade, the automotive industry, or market operations is preferred. Knowledge of passenger vehicle sales and business processes is an advantage.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to organize and analyze sales data, monitor business performance, prepare accurate reports, and develop sales forecasts.
• Professional Competencies: Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and results orientation, with excellent execution, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills. Ability to identify potential risks and follow through on solutions.
• Language Skills: Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectivey in a professional working environment.
