Job summary

Platzi is seeking a Product Designer to craft immersive experiences that move learners from passive to active online learning. You will collaborate with Managers, Engineers, Marketers, and Content Strategists to define product strategy and execution, helping shape the future of Platzi’s online learning experience.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in product design, strong Figma/FigJam skills, a portfolio showing impact, and experience with cross‑platform design for desktop, web, and mobile.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design.
• Experience with mass consumption digital products (B2C) or SaaS is a plus.
• Mastery of Figma and FigJam to create interactive prototypes and assets.
• A portfolio showing UI decisions and results.
• Experience designing systems and scalable components.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Design: lead the full design cycle from discovery to high‑fidelity delivery.
• Iterative Mindset: design, test, and refine based on data and feedback.
• Strategic Collaboration: align user vision with business objectives with managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• System Thinking: contribute to and scale the design system across Web, iOS, and Android.
• Communication: articulate design decisions with data and UX principles.
