Job summary

BuildTx Solutions, LLC is seeking a Procurement Specialist to source materials and labor, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate logistics for multiple projects. This fully remote role requires strong communication with vendors and internal teams.

You will track POs, quotes, and invoices, negotiate pricing, and ensure projects stay on budget. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, along with knowledge of construction materials and procurement tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Mgmt, or Architecture.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or construction-related industries.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials and labor sourcing is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and procurement software.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

About the Role:

As our Procurement Specialist, you'll be the connector between design vision and job site execution. You'll own sourcing, vendor relationships, material/labor procurement, and logistics - ensuring that every project runs smoothly, stays on budget, and delivers with excellence.
