Mondelēz International in Bogotá is seeking a Procurement professional to support sourcing strategies, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration across packaging categories. You will work with stakeholders to analyze spend, identify savings, and drive process improvements.

The role emphasizes data analytics, dashboard development, supplier negotiations, and project management, with travel every 2–3 months and a 40-hour work week. A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, or Category Management.
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or finance.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate productivity projects across Packaging categories, ensuring timely execution and delivery of annual targets.
• Develop and maintain productivity dashboards and reports; analyze KPIs and savings tracking.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on procurement processes and productivity management.
• Coordinate procurement productivity workshops and knowledge-sharing events.
• Support sustainability objectives by tracking progress and reporting on targets.
• Act as main point of contact for Design to Consumer Value (DTCV) initiatives and coordinate data collection and analysis.
