Procter & Gamble in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a highly analytical Senior Demand Planning & Logistics Manager to lead country-level demand forecasting and optimize the end-to-end supply chain. This leadership role drives product availability and cost efficiency across national operations, while guiding cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance.

Responsabilidades

Demand Forecasting & Market Analysis: develop country-level demand forecasts reflecting trends and commercial activities.
Inventory Management & Optimization: ensure stock availability and minimize obsolete inventory.
Process Improvement & Cross-functional Collaboration: optimize demand planning processes and align with sales, marketing, operations and finance.
Logistics Integration & Supply Chain Enhancement: collaborate across logistics, warehousing and transport to improve efficiency and service levels.
Mentor and develop team members within the demand planning function.
