Job summary

Atoms in Bogotá builds Physical AI and real-world robots for food, mining, and transport. The role focuses on coordinating construction cost estimation from design through procurement, managing vendor contracts, and tracking cash flows for nationwide material delivery.

You will partner with KOB teams to source kitchen equipment, perform value engineering to reduce spend, and analyze datasets to support informed pricing decisions. This onsite role participates in core project work.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates how tasks relate to a larger workflow and project goals.
• Proficient with programs, processes, and software tools used daily in our workflow.
• Ability to reach out to vendors, suppliers, and distributors to gather quotes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cost estimation for construction projects from concept to detailed design.
• Procure kitchen construction materials to building sites nationwide and manage vendor contracts.
• Collaborate with KOB teams to procure equipment specific to licensee needs.
• Control costs and perform value engineering to optimize spend.
• Provide research, analytics, and work with large datasets.
