Rockwell Automation is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join the GEBS Operations team. You will support optimization and continuous improvement across processes, analyzing data, generating reports, and documenting process improvements.

Strong English skills and a relevant degree are required. The role involves cross-functional collaboration in a global environment, with responsibilities spanning data handling, SLA adherence, and process documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree completed or in progress.
• Advanced to Fluent English.
• 1 year of experience as Business Process Analyst.
• Experience with SAP CRM, ERP, ECC.
• MS Office knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute defined operational tasks including data entry, data quality updates, and email monitoring.
• Resolve customer queries/complaints within SLA and provide initial responses.
• Create and update SOPs, FAQs and training materials.
• Analyze data to generate reports for managers and inform business plans.
