Medtronic plc seeks a Principal Communications and Change Specialist to lead communications strategy for Global Pricing & Contracting in Colombia. You will navigate complex transformation programs, creating messaging and tools for diverse stakeholders while aligning with company policies and strategic goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs, Product Owners, and leadership to ensure clear, impactful communications and adoption of new processes across the organization.

The Principal Communications and Change Specialist helps the entire organization, leaders, and employees navigate through critical change and transformation without disrupting business continuity by creating and implementing comprehensible communication plansResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned :Plans, creates, and produces communications and materials that support key transformation initiatives, policy changes and other company information to Pricing & Contracting (P&C) teams along with OU leadership teams and commercial employeesDevelops change communication toolkits, training playbooks, templates, and processes that can be leveraged by multiple stakeholdersWorks across multiple programs (defined as per P&C priorities), with varying demands and objectives by acting as an integral member of that transformation initiativeCommunicates upcoming changes proactively in a simple and easy-to-understand mannerThoughtfully crafts messaging to bring transformation to life, creatively leveraging different communication mediums to engage stakeholdersMaintains key internal relationships with SMEs, Product Owners/Project Managers, and Global P&C leadership to inform, gain input, and support decision-makingConsults with SMEs, Product Owners and leaders to ensure that specialized topics are appropriately represented in messaging and communication plans.
