Medtronic plc seeks a Principal Communications and Change Specialist to lead communications strategy for Global Pricing & Contracting in Colombia. You will navigate complex transformation programs, creating messaging and tools for diverse stakeholders while aligning with company policies and strategic goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs, Product Owners, and leadership to ensure clear, impactful communications and adoption of new processes across the organization.

Formación

• Requires mastery of a specialty area and full knowledge of industry practices.
• Knowledge of project management and Agile Methodology.
• Experience in internal communications with healthcare marketplace context.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, creates, and produces communications and materials to support transformation initiatives for Pricing & Contracting teams.
• Develops change communication toolkits, training playbooks, templates, and processes.
• Communicates upcoming changes proactively in a simple and understandable manner.
• Maintains relationships with SMEs and leaders to inform messaging and gain input.
• Supports adoption of self-service models for low-impact changes.
