Teltonika Ltd. in Bogotá, Colombia seeks a Presales Specialist to design networking solutions, deliver product demonstrations, and support Teltonika Telematics deployments.

You will work with the South America Sales team to guide customers from study to deployment, ensuring successful implementations across sectors like logistics and agriculture. Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in presales or solution engineering with strong IP networking, VPN, LTE knowledge, and English at B2+ level.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of presales, technical support, or solution engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, VPN, LTE, routing, switching, and IoT technologies.
• Experience delivering technical presentations and customer demonstrations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the technical expert supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend networking solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and PoC deployments.
• Provide technical training to partners, distributors, and customers.
• Support solution implementation and post-sales technical activities.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Technical Support to resolve customer challenges.
• Represent Teltonika at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in the CRM.
