Inspire Brands seeks a Business Intelligence Report Developer to build Power BI reports and dashboards supporting restaurant operators and brand teams across the Dunkin’, Arby’s, Sonic, Jimmy John’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Baskin Robbins portfolio.

You will translate business questions into visuals, work with the data modeling team to surface semantic models, and ensure fast, readable outputs for thousands of locations. Maintain security, deployment pipelines, and ongoing optimizations.

Formación

• Minimum: 4 year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• Preferred: Microsoft certification related to Power BI or Microsoft Fabric, such as the Power BI Data Analyst Associate credential.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and publish Power BI reports and dashboards for operators, franchisees, brand teams, and Support Center users.
• Partner with the data modeling team to understand semantic models and provide feedback for improvements.
• Translate business questions from six brands into visuals, report pages, and interactive Power BI experiences.
• Write and tune DAX measures and calculated columns for performance.
• Apply Inspire visual standards and brand guidelines to ensure a consistent portfolio experience.
• Configure row-level security and workspace permissions so data access is correct.
• Test reports thoroughly, verify numbers against source systems, and validate filters and bookmarks.
• Document published reports with purpose, audience, refresh schedule, and limitations.
• Support end users post-launch and address feedback and issues.
