Inspire is seeking a Lead BI Report Developer to guide a team of Power BI engineers responsible for enterprise dashboards across its restaurant brands. You will plan work, review complex reports, and mentor the team to deliver reliable, high‑quality insights for Dunkin’, Arby’s, Sonic, Jimmy John’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Baskin Robbins.

• 7+ years of Power BI report development experience, with at least 1 year leading or mentoring other developers.
• 10+ years BI experience in multi-brand environment including retail/restaurant settings.
• Strong hands-on Power BI including Desktop, service, and deployment pipelines.
