Job summary

ACI Worldwide in Bogota, Colombia, seeks a Business Process Analyst to transform operational data into impactful Power BI dashboards and scalable reporting. You will modernize reporting with AI tools, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive analytics across Professional Services Operations.

You should have 3+ years in BI/analytics, strong Power BI skills, and experience translating requirements into practical solutions. This is a hybrid role with international exposure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or a related role.
• Strong hands‑on experience developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools like Copilot or Claude in reporting or automation.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into solutions.
• Ability to explain findings to stakeholders and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve operational reports, dashboards, and analytics in Power BI.
• Convert Excel/PowerPoint reporting into scalable, self‑service Power BI dashboards.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, indicators, and improvement opportunities.
• Define and maintain reporting metrics; validate outputs for accuracy and reliability.
• Develop a reporting roadmap aligned with business priorities and stakeholder needs.
• Engage with data from Jira, Salesforce, Oracle, and other sources for reporting.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, dashboards, and automation.
