AECOM Corporation is seeking an experienced Ports, Goods and Movements Project Manager to support the LATAM region from our Colombia office. The role covers business development, client engagement and end-to-end project delivery for goods and movements and ports initiatives in the LATAM transportation sector.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in related projects, fluent English and Spanish, and proven client management skills. Travel and on-site collaboration across locations are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in related industry.
• Must have over 6 years of experience designing, managing and delivering Goods and movements or Ports projects.
• Must have client management skills to pursue and close opportunities and to execute and deliver projects meeting client satisfaction.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Lead business development for Goods and Movement and Ports markets, including opportunity identification and client engagement.
• Plan and manage project execution from setup to closure.
• Perform risk management during proposal and execution phases.
• Manage projects through conceptual, prefeasibility, feasibility and detail design phases.
• Report to LATAM Transportation Business Line Leader and manage multiple client projects.
• Deliver revenues from repeat business and maintain target profit margins.
