Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years in mining and water sectors.
• 2 years of leadership experience in complex projects.
• Master's or PhD preferred for advanced technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead mining and water practice and business development with the region.
• Serve as program/project/technical lead directing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Pursue major mining and water projects in Colombia and LATAM.
• Develop business strategies based on market trends and opportunities.
• Lead client-facing activities to win work and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate with Global Mining/Water teams and Growth Lead.
• Mentor colleagues and align skills with market needs.
