AECOM Corporation is seeking an experienced Ports, Goods and Movements Infrastructure Project Manager to support the LATAM region from Colombia. The role covers business development for GOODS and Port markets, client engagement, and end-to-end project management across planning, execution and delivery phases.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years in goods/ports project leadership, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, and a track record of delivering revenues with quality and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in related industry.
• Must have over 6 years of experience designing, managing and delivering Goods and movements or Ports projects.
• Must have client management skills to pursue and close opportunities and to execute and deliver projects meeting client satisfaction.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Perform business development for the Goods and Movements and Ports market, including strategy development, opportunity identification and client engagement.
• Plan, execute and close projects across conceptual, prefeasibility, feasibility and detail design phases.
• Manage risk during proposal and execution phases of projects.
• Deliver revenues assigned from specific clients through repeat business and strong project delivery.
• Supervise multiple projects or programs and minimize exposure to claims.

AECOM is seeking for an experiencedPorts, Goods and Movements Project Manager to support the LATAM region based out of our Colombia office.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• The PM will perform Business Development for the Goods and Movement and Ports market. This covers the following responsibilities among others:
  • Stablish business development strategies,
  • Identification of opportunities,
  • Client engagement for project opportunities
  • Develop capture planning at proposal stage,
  • Contract negotiation.
• The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and executing a project considering the following:
  • Project planning and set up.
  • Project execution, delivery and closure
• Perform risk management at proposal and execution phases of a project.
• Manage and developing projects at conceptual, prefeasibility, feasibility and detail design phases.
• Reporting to the LATAM Transportation Business Line Leader.
• Manages portfolio of clients with multiple projects.
• Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by execution of projects.
• Consistently delivers profit margins planned.
• Consistently completes project without write-downs or multiplier erosion.
• Typically manages projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors).
• Manages more complex clients and projects.
• Directs staff to operate and minimize exposure to claims.
• Supervises and directsmultiple projects or program of projects
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related industry.
  • Must have over 6 years of experience designing, managing and delivering Goods and movements or Ports projects.
  • Must have client management skills to pursuit and close opportunities and to execute and deliver projects meeting client satisfaction.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

Preferred Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience designing, managing and delivering Goods and movements or Ports projects.
• PMPCertificate or relevant certifications
