WorkHub Enterprise seeks an experienced Plumbing BIM Modeler to develop and coordinate detailed plumbing models for commercial, multi-unit residential, and mixed-use projects. You will review project requirements, identify conflicts, coordinate plumbing systems with other building trades, and update models based on engineering comments and coordination meetings.

Formación
- Proficiency in Revit MEP for plumbing systems.
- Experience reading and interpreting architectural/structural drawings.
- Ability to coordinate plumbing with other trades.
- Familiarity with IPC/UPC codes or local codes.
Responsabilidades
- Model complete plumbing systems (sanitary, storm, water supply, condensate).
- Create coordinated shop drawings from plans and specs.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP trades and fire protection.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and update models per comments.
- Review revisions and ensure drawing accuracy before submission.
