Crossing Hurdles is seeking a PhD-level mathematician to design and solve challenging mathematical problems that probe the reasoning abilities of large language models. You will create clear, step-by-step solutions with detailed reasoning and develop novel scenarios to evaluate complex pathways.

You will also provide annotations to improve model performance and quality assurance. This role requires strong mathematical foundation, analytical rigor, and excellent written communication to deliver

Qualifications

PhD in Mathematics or equivalent technical field.
Strong analytical and research skills across advanced math topics.
Ability to break down complex concepts into clear, step-by-step reasoning.
Excellent written communication and detailed feedback/annotations.
