Hy-Vee is seeking a Pharmacy Technician - Non Certified to provide prompt, friendly customer service and support pharmacists with prescription preparation and distribution. You will greet customers, gather patient information, and enter data into the computer to ensure accurate records.

The role emphasizes teamwork with store staff, adherence to pharmacy guidelines, and handling insurance submissions. Working knowledge of dispensing procedures and vaccination administration is valued.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pursuing licensed pharmacy technician certification.
• Vaccination certification as required by law.
• Experience as a pharmacy clerk preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service in the pharmacy.
• Assist pharmacists in the preparation and distribution of prescription medications.
• Enter prescription and patient information into the computer; maintain accurate patient data.
• Prepare labels and dispense prescriptions for mailing or in-store pickup.
• Assist with third party insurance billing and troubleshooting.
