Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Assistant to support attorneys and paralegals in filing, discovery, and trial preparation. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and experience in a U.S. legal environment.

The candidate will handle document preparation, case file management, discovery tasks, calendar upkeep, client communication, and research under supervision of the legal team. Flexible work arrangements may be available.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: Prior experience in a U.S. legal environment is required. Personal injury law preferred; employment law will be considered a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Document Preparation: Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings and discovery requests.
• Case File Management: Organize and maintain case files for easy access.
• Discovery Support: Manage discovery materials and summarize evidence.
• Calendar Management: Track deadlines, appointments, and hearings.
• Client Communication: Provide updates and respond to client inquiries.
• Trial Preparation: Prepare materials for trial, exhibits, and binders.
• Research Assistance: Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings.
